MasterWit in London

Irene Kao (right) stayed with us in New York after this year's MasterWorks Festival. She reconnected us with Cathy Englade (left), who attended the theatre program in 2003. I asked Cathy to share something about a great experience she had recently:

Here's a blip about the graciousness of God in sending me to London...

I performed the role of "Oliver de Boys" in an all female cast of Shakespeare's "As You Like It" produced by The Oxford Shakespeare Company. We rehearsed and had a short run in New York before heading to London to perform in Hyde Park. While in London we were blessed to take classes at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts with several lauded theatre artists, including John Barton, founder of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
