I'm teaching enacted prayer tonight
In about an hour I'm going to teach enacted prayer as a part of a class on healing at The Lamb's Church of the Nazarene on Times Square. I'm sorry I didn't have more notice, but in preparation for the class I looked up every post on my blog that describes the use of enacted prayer. I created a link to each of those posts here. Also I created a link on my main page, RichDrama.com so that you can get to it in two clicks.

That night we did an enacted prayer for a gentleman that had severe trauma to his leg, which had initiated an infection so severe that his heart was effected and he went into a coma. He was out of the coma by the time we did the enacted prayer, but he was still physically and emotionally set back. We prayed for both types of healing. My friend Ruth played sickness, clutching at his leg and I played the Holy Spirit. I pulled sickness away, breathed words of life into his ear, lifted his chin, and gave him God's sight and heart. In the end he danced with the Lord. My friend, Mac, who initiated the prayer for the man (who was not there that evening) said he waltzed in not only further on the road to physical recovery than expected, but emotionally more positive than Mac had ever seen him.
